Do you sell annuals or flowers?

We primarily sell trees and shrubs, though we do carry a few larger succulents and a few perennials, such as Iris, Hosta, Daylily, etc. These are available for our wholesale customers.

Who do you sell plant materials to?

Please be advised that we are a wholesale-only grower and do not sell to retail customers. To purchase material from our nursery or sod farm, you must first have an established wholesale account with us. Additionally, we do not discuss pricing over the phone with anyone who does not have an active account.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

Once an order has been pulled, it cannot be returned to inventory without labor and handling costs. For this reason, all unclaimed or cancelled orders are subject to restocking fees of 15%.

By placing an order, the customer achnowledges and agrees to these pickup, abandonment and restocking policies.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up 1-3 days after ordering. Pickup hours starting at 10 am on Monday and 8 am - 4:30 pm Tuesday - Thursday and 8 am -3:30 pm on Fridays. We are closed everyday from 12-1 for lunch.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and ACH payments can be accepted in our office or through a secured online link. A 3.0% Non-Cash Adjustment (NCA) for credit card transactions is applied to all of regular prices. There is no charch for cash, debit cards or ACH transactions.

How far do you ship?

We ship full truckloads on our trucks anywhere within North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. We will ship other areas by contract carrier.

Do you offer terms to wholesalers?

We do offer 30-day terms to approved wholesale accounts.

Do you ship outside the continental United States?

Sorry, at this point we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.
